IN:SITE was founded in 1995 as a true Design/Build firm providing clients such as Goldman-Sachs, EDAW and Sanrio with architectural design and general contracting services under one roof. Since then IN:SITE has evolved to focus only on design and the management of design projects.

KEM THEILIG, PRINCIPAL

Founder and President Kem Eva Theilig now oversees all phases of the design process, including due diligence, budgeting, space planning, interior and exterior design for residential and commercial projects, scheduling, design development, finish/furniture selection, art selections, custom furniture design, and construction administration. Her extensive knowledge of design and background construction ensures expert communication between building or home owner, tenant, design team and contractors. IN:SITE has earned a reputation for consistently delivering projects on time, and always on-budget. Prior to forming IN:SITE, Kem Theilig was Senior Project Designer at The Shorenstein Company, where she designed and managed projects totaling over one million square feet, from 1989-1995.

IN:SITE Design Build Associates, Inc. is a design firm equally adept in commercial and residential settings. We strive to give each project a style that reflects our client’s personality or corporate culture. In addition to creating an elegant design and efficient plan we pay close attention to our client’s budget and schedule requirements.
